Project Overview
Total Industrial Services successfully completed the MEG cleaning project in Papua New Guinea over 7 days.
The MEG Regen unit efficiency was greatly affected by fouling and had to be temporarily bypassed reducing production. Required completion as a matter of urgency.
The project was conducted using both Total Industrial Services project managers and TWM Group logistics support & site personnel.
Scope of Work
The MEG Regen project set the standard for bundle cleaning work on the client site. With conducting CSE, HPW and bundle cleaning works, the project was delivered on time with zero LTI’s.
The teams were credited by the client for their professionalism and safety focus throughout the works.
The equipment utilized on the project is a specific design configured to reduce the human interface risks with the hydrocarbons and heavy machinery. The client highlighted the bundle puller for its safe operation.
Waste treatment and disposal was undertaken in line with safety and environmental regulations.
