Project Overview
The project conducted a survey of over 80 buildings and ancillary structures (covering approx. 44,000m2) to identify the presence of hazardous building materials for the purpose of demolition and waste management planning in partnership with SLR Australia Pty Ltd.
Scope of Work
Preparation of project operations plan, QHSSE plan, risk assessments and register, resourcing and stakeholder engagement/communication plans. Engagement and coordination of sub consultant team. Arrange logistics for materials, equipment and project team mobilization.
Collection of hazardous building material samples comprising asbestos, lead based paint, ozone depleting substances and lead containing dusts for analysis by NATA accredited laboratory and interpretation of findings. Project report comprising hazardous building material registers for each structure and recommendations for control measures during deconstruction.
